We will always try to recycle packaging materials to minimise waste so your consignment may look a little unconventional.
Workshops and Masterclasses
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are made via our online gallery www.twenty-twenty.co.uk. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Cancellations and amendments must be in writing (via email). Workshops are booked on a first-come first-served basis.
No refunds or transfers will be offered for workshop spaces cancelled by participants within 7 days of a booked event. However, you can request to send someone in your place by contacting the gallery in writing (email) and registering the individual.
If a cancellation is notified earlier than 7 days prior to a booked event the gallery will endeavour to backfill the place. If this is possible the gallery will then refund your booking, less processing fees of 20%.

In the event of last-minute cancellations or cancellations mid- workshop – the gallery will always endeavour to offer refunds to participants. These refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis less any non-recoverable cost associated with planning and staging the event.
