Sarah Armstrong-Jones & Akiko Hirai

Sarah Armstrong-Jones & Akiko Hirai

Sarah Armstrong Jones is represented by the Redfern Gallery and has exhibited there since 1995. She is a graduate of both Camberwell School of Art and The Royal Academy Schools. We are delighted to be showing her in our Ludlow gallery, her work characterised by dramatic gestural land and seascapes and spontaneous, botanically inspired, gouache compositions on paper.

Akiko Hirai is a graduate of Central St Martins School. Born in Japan she uses a traditional method of making, allowing the clay to show how it wants to be fired resulting spectacular organic shapes and textures.
