Artist
Rebecca Edelmann
Having moved to the UK in 2001 from Denmark, Rebecca studied History and Art History at Leeds University, and started making her own art while finishing her MA in Theoretical Sculpture Studies. Rebecca rediscovered a passion for working in clay after many years making sculptural work in mixed media, and has since 2010 worked exclusively in this medium. She is obsessed with it.
Since 2014, she has been selling her work via her Etsy page, and from stalls and shops around the country. She has been featured in Home and Gardens in their December 2019 edition
She currently lives in Bristol with the poet Joel Scarfe, and their two daughters, and has a studio at Inbristol Studios, a multi-disciplinary artists’ space
