Tassie Russell is a UK artist. She studied BA Fine Art at the University of Kingston, the Royal College of Art (Cultural Histories Department). She went on to the Slade School of Fine Art, followed by post-graduate studies in MA printmaking at Camberwell School of Art and photography at Central St Martins School of Art.
Combining her printmaking and photography practice as well as painting, Tassie Russell’s work exhibited displays an interesting range and versatility. Drawing as it does on material and experiences from many sources, both urban and rural, man-made and elemental.
She has given undergraduate courses on fine art, printmaking and photography at colleges in London and Suffolk and Melbourne Australia.
She has exhibited widely as a painter and printmaker and her work is held in a number of private and public collections.
