Born in Coventry in 1962, Sarah studied wildlife Illustration in Carmarthen before pursuing a career as a freelance illustrator. Clients included high street publishers Parragon Books and Top That, the National Eisteddfod, the National Museum of Wales, the Welsh Arts Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, the Countryside Council For Wales, and various wildlife trusts, as well as collaboration on community based Arts Council projects.
She gained a BA in Fine Art in 2007 followed by an MA with Distinction in Fine Art in 2014 and is now course leader at an FE College whilst continuing to paint and exhibit.
Galleries and arts organisations that have shown her work include Oriel Myrddin, Tactile Bosch, St David’s Hall, Oriel Lliw, Oriel Q and Elysium. She also has paintings in various private collections.
