Educated at Manchester University and Goldsmiths’ College, Andrew left a 20 year career as a university lecturer in art & design he left education to concentrate on his art, and in particular the woodcut in which he now specialises, using this medium to create images of the British countryside. Andrew’s woodcuts for Twenty Twenty have a wonderful quality of light and evoke a nostalgic yearning for the Shropshire landscape.
