Annie Ovenden

Annie Ovenden was one of the original members of The Ruralists.The Brotherhood of  Ruralists was formed in 1975 and consisted originally of seven artists; Peter Blake, Jann Howarth, Ann Arnold, Graham Arnold, Annie Ovenden, Graham Ovenden and David Inshaw. Each had their own style, yet shared many sentiments and sources of inspiration. A desire to understand and paint the elements of nature was combined with literary and musical influences.
